In 2004 GuestInvest introduced a new investment asset class to Britain: the buy to let hotel room.

Investors have the opportunity to
buy a luxury hotel room, staying there free of charge for up to 52 nights a year and receiving a rental income from its use during the rest of the time.

The first hotel, Guesthouse West
in Notting Hill, sold out within weeks

and since the launch, room owners are seeing returns of over 8%.
A second hotel called Nest in Bayswater has also sold out and
will open to customers in 2008.

The third hotel for GuestInvest, The Chiswell Street Hotel, is located in the City.

The latest hotel is The Jones, located in the Bayswater area with rooms available from £317,000.
