About GuestInvest

Whilst the concept was new to the UK, hotel rooms were already an established asset class in the United States and in Europe. When debut hotel Guesthouse West was launched in April 2004, the GuestInvest concept captured the nation's imagination and generated
a great deal of media interest.

Flooded with thousands of enquiries, the rooms sold within weeks. Since the launch room owners are seeing returns of over 8% NET.

With hotel rooms firmly established as an asset class, GuestInvest has added three more hotels to its portfolio: Nest, The Jones in Bayswater and The Chiswell Street Hotel in the City. It has also entered into an exciting partnership with the Bank of Scotland.

In 2006 Bank of Scotland Joint Ventures acquired a shareholding in GuestInvest in exchange for a debt and equity package worth £200m. This investment will help the company achieve its ambitious growth plans.

The hotel room is now a SIPP eligible product and you can also secure a mortgage to buy your room.
