Brian Northfield, a financial adviser with over 30 years experience and a partner in financial services company, Challenger Financial Services, lives with his wife and two of his children in Sheffield. He put down a deposit on a room at Nest as part of his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

Brian has a growing portfolio of residential buy-to-let properties, but was attracted to GuestInvest after the Chancellor's decision not to include residential properties in SIPPs. "The performance of the London property market since I put down a deposit only leads me to believe that I made the right choice when I purchased my room at Nest."
