With HR experience across both corporate and hospitality sectors, Melanie joins Guest Hotels from the Ascott Group, a world-leading serviced residence company.

In this role, she led the UK HR function and was responsible for creating HR and training programmes, specialising in change management and behavioural development.

In 2004, she was responsible for managing the company's merger with the European company Citadines A'part Hotels, building and aligning HR strategy and policy within the UK.

Prior to this, Melanie was managing the HR and Training function within Sainsbury's Supermarkets Retail Division.

Melanie is qualified with the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing and a member of the CIPD.
