Owner of London IT company, SEVAmor Limited, 37-year-old Sandeep Singh Sirah purchased a room at GuestInvest's hotel, Nest, as an investment opportunity. Under the concept, Sandeep owns a 999-year lease of his own room at the GuestInvest hotel Nest. The room will be fully maintained and run by an experienced management team. Once the hotel opens in 2007 he will receive 50 per cent of the room's income, which will be let out by the hotel on his behalf throughout the year. With a small portfolio of buy-to-let properties, Sandeep was attracted to the GuestInvest concept because of the hassle-free proposition it presented, coupled with the prospect of impressive returns.
